Hello and welcome to this blog post! If you read this I assume you are just as I used to be. A little lazy with no willpower to get anything done. Maybe you are not as bad as I was, but if I can get more energy, I am sure you can too! Let me show you how I did it! Get out of bed! Okay so this first step may seems really obvious but sometimes we just have to hear it a lot of times to really take action on this. Many people want to get more energy and have a lot of goals for their life, but they always seems to think this in they're bed. Simply getting out of bed and go for a walk will help you get some more energy. STOP watching Netflix and Youtube, and go for a walk and listen to a podcast or some music. I recommend to go for a walk a least 2 times a day. This will make your brain more active and you will get some more willpower to! If you are really good, you listen to a audiobook on a topic that is important to you, to archive your life goals. This will make you subconscious think "I did some important and active today" Get out of the evil circle of loosing energy by not having any and get out of bed! The first 10 minuts of your day This is maybe the most important topic of this post. What you do in the first 10 minuts after you wake up, will dictate your day. Have you ever heard the phase "Getting the wrong leg out of bed"? This actually means that you started you day bad, and therefore your day will suck! So, how do we start the day the "right" way, and get our "Good" leg out of bed? Its actually really simple! In the first 10 minuts you have to do 1 thing. Get your pulse up and running. You can do this by making some simple exercises or anything that will make your heart pump a little faster. This will trick your brain to become more happy in the morning, and therefore you will get a better morning and be more positive, energised and overall being a better you. After the exercise you can take a shower and really start your day. Drink some water! Did you know that when you sleep you actually dehydrate? Your body is lacking water when you first wake up. If you drink 1-2 glass of water, after your exercise, this will automatic give what your body is lacking. Also don't skip out on breakfast! This will also give you a very great energy boost in the morning! A good thing to eat in the morning is eegs or oat weed. Something that makes you full, and is healthy at the same time. Making scramble eegs is really easy, and only take like 5 minutes to do. Again, don't skip this step! Also if your body needs vitamins you will lack some energy. Try boosting your vitamins. Only good things can happened by doing this (As long as you buy the right vitamins) ;) Set some goals Did you know our brain determents if we are important by the things we do in the daytime? Simply talking about goals are things we would like to do, don't work, we have to take action! If you want to get really good at setting goals you can read my blog post on this topic by clicking here. By doing stuff that pushes us in the right direction every day, your brain will make you think "I am important in my own life, so I don't have the time to lay here and do nothing" From here your brain will take care of the rest. This will also help you getting up in the mornings. Then you will have something to wake up to, and be exited about. This is also the way you can get yourself out of depression. DISCLAIMER: This tip will take long time to develop, and its a hard thing to learn, but I promise you this, ITS WORTH IT! Remember, this is your life we are talking about, so why not learn something that you can use everyday, the rest of your life? Moring rutine The last thing in this blog post I will show you, is how powerfull having a morning rutine is. What is a morning rutine? It's simply how you spend your first hour of your day, and doing this EVERY DAY. I will show you my morning rutine so you can get an idea of what this is. Step 1. I wake up and do some push ups. This takes 10 minutes. Step 2. Take a cold shower. This takes 5 minutes. Step 3. I drink 2 glasses of water and make some scramble eegs and eat. This takes 10 minutes. Step 4. I sit down with a pen and paper and write down my daily goals. This takes 15 minutes. Step 5. I go for a walk and listen to some audiobook about being a better human. This takes 20 minutes. I do this every morning, with no fail. And you know what? It really works! In the start it was really hard for me to get this done in the first hour, because I was tired. But after some time something in my brain switched, and gave me energy as soon as I woke up. This will (maybe) be hard for you also, but trust me, if you do a morning rutine for 1 month, this is the best thing, that will ever happens to you. Thank you so much for reading this blog post. Hello and welcome to my blog! Today I will show you a very important topic. I will show you how you can fall asleep very fast. We all know the feeling that we are tired, but when we go to bed, we just can't seem to fall asleep. Sometimes you can lay a full night without sleeping, even though you are really tired. Why is this? How can we fall asleep faster? How can we get a better night's sleep? And why is it important to get a good night's sleep? These are some of the questions I will answer in this blog post.
